City of Post Falls

Water Reclamation Facility for the city of Post Falls, Idaho. We have designed and built multiple lift stations and control panels for both the plant and lift stations.

Santa Monica ASR Well #1

This project was a Aquifer Storage and Recovery (ASR) well aimed to inject source water into the well for recovery. Most details were omitted throughout the project as it was all for future plant expansions. We developed the control cabinet with the controls programming, established SCADA communications, integrated with VFD supplier, and ensured system functionality.

Leo J Vander Lans Water Treatment Facility

Leo J Vander Lans (LVL) is a water treatment facility that takes treated wastewater and provides pressure to the Alamitos seawater intrusion barrier. Currently, there is a large surplus of water not going to the barrier that they were looking to do something with. This resulted in them hiring us to take the surplus water and inject it for storage, power generation, and aquifer refurbishment.

Monterey One Water

We developed the controls for 6 Injection wells, which has resulted in an increase of 2,250 acre feet of aquifer water per year. This increased production capacity from 5 to 7.6 million gallons per day, which can supply purified water to 11,000 households.

Kootenai County Water District #1

Kootenai Water District 1 is a rural water district in North Idaho supplying residents around the CDA lake drive area. This water district needed a complete revamp of its facilities, as it was suffering from major downtime and treatment problems.

Kamiah Mills Thermography Report

This project was the thermal Imaging of the Kamiah Mills saw mill. This was done to increase safety, reliability, and decrease the mills insurance. This study evaluated 36 cabinets, of which 2 had extreme issues, 11 had severe issues, 9 had moderate issues, 9 had slight issues, and 5 had no issues.
