Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Drafter role based in Hayden, ID. The Drafter will be responsible for creating and modifying technical drawings and schematics, collaborating with engineering teams, and ensuring that designs meet project specifications and industry standards. Responsibilities will include interpreting technical drawings, assisting in the preparation of plans and layouts, and contributing to the development of high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications:
- Proficiency in drafting software such as AutoCAD or similar tools
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical elements related to power and controls
- Strong analytical, organizational, and detail-oriented skills
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
- Prior experience in drafting for electrical engineering or related industries is preferred
- Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in drafting, engineering, or a related field
- Understanding of industry standards pertaining to UL certifications is a plus
